Returns

Refund: your order amount not including shipping returned to the payment method used. (Regular priced merchandise only)

Store Credit: your order amount not including shipping issued as store credit to be used to purchase anything on our website.

Exchange: we will exchange only the exact item for a different size or color that is the exact value of the item you have returned. No exceptions.

Fill out the form included in your package to return your item(s) to us.

Send your regular priced items back within 10 days of shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Send your items back within 30 days of shipment for a store credit.

Sale Items can only be returned for store credit. Final Sale items are non-returnable.

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on.

If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply or the items may be sent back to you. Please make sure that items are insured for the full amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns received after 10 days of shipment but within 30 days will receive store credit only. Anything we receive after 30 days of shipment will be returned to the sender.

For Refunds issue you a credit based on the payment method used and contact you via email.

For Store Credit issue your Bestswimwear account with credit to be used on anything in our store! You will receive an email when your account is credited.

For an Exchange send you the exact item in the different size or color you have requested. In the case the item is out of stock we will contact you by email.

If any items are returned where a coupon code was used the discount will be subtracted before the return is processed.

Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately by emailing info@shopbkb.com with your item number. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours.
